WU 1 mile run

20 Deadlifts
20 Standing press
20 Bicep Curls

Heavier
10 Deadlifts
10 Standing Press
10 Bicep Curls
1 Set

20 Squat Swings (kettle bell)
10 Squat Swings (heavier)

Endurance Circuit

10 Toe Touches
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
5 SETS

1 Minute Each
Full Plank
Side Plank
Side Plank
Oblique sit ups on ball
