Vitamins Are A Good Idea!

Take your Multivitamins Everyday !

June 2009 Journal of Epidemiology just reported that long-term regular consumption of a multivitamin may reduce the risk of dying from heart disease by 16% ! Intakes of Vitamin E (215mg/day) over the course of 10 years also associated with 28% reduction in risk of death from cardiovascular disease! Be Well !

Incorporating hillwork into your weekly training will help strengthen your legs and ankles. If you live in an area without hills, consider using a treadmill or stadium stairs to simulate uphill running.
