Motivation

Motivation: How important is it in your day? Give me 100% and you'll get better sleep, workouts, nutrition, attitude and sports skills.

Definition: Motivation is the internal condition that activates behavior and gives it direction; energizes and directs goal-oriented behavior.

All personal breakthroughs begin with a change in beliefs..what belief have you held on to that has out lived it usefulness in your life?
